Returns & Refund Policy
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase from GK Horsemanship Equipment.
Returns
If you wish to return an item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Returned items must be sent back within 30 days of delivery and must be in clean, unused condition, with no signs of wear, damage, dirt, hair, or use. Items must be returned in a condition suitable for resale.
Before returning an item due to fit or sizing concerns, we are happy to review photographs and offer advice. In many cases, we can recommend a more suitable size or alternative product. Simply send us clear photographs and we'll do our best to help.
Returns Due to Fit or Sizing
If an item is returned because it is not the correct fit for your horse, a store credit or replacement item will be offered once the returned item has been received and inspected.
We are always happy to help customers choose the most suitable replacement product and ensure both horse and handler are happy with their equipment.
Faulty Items
We take great pride in the quality of our products. However, if you believe your item is faulty, please contact us as soon as possible with photographs and details of the issue.
Where a fault is confirmed, we will offer one of the following:

Replacement item

Full refund
The appropriate remedy will depend on the nature of the fault and the condition of the item.
Return Postage
Unless an item is confirmed to be faulty, customers are responsible for the cost of return postage.
For your protection, we recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged during return transit.
