Returns & Refund Policy

30-Day Return Window We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as received — unworn, unused, and in its original packaging. Rope halters, lead ropes, and tack must show no signs of use or wear. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return Contact us at gkhalters@gmail.com before sending anything back. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs Return postage is the responsibility of the purchaser, except in cases where an item is received defective or faulty — in these instances, return postage costs will be refunded in full.

For exchanges (including size swaps), return postage remains the responsibility of the purchaser. However, we will send your replacement item to you free of charge. Please note this applies to UK orders only.

Damages & Incorrect Items Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We'll evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items We are unable to accept returns on:

  • Custom or personalised items (such as bespoke orders)
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

Exchanges The quickest way to get the right item is to return what you have and, once the return is accepted, place a new order for the replacement.

EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification. The item must be in its original, unused condition with original packaging, and you'll need proof of purchase.

Refunds Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund.
