These Terms of Service govern your use of the GK Horsemanship Equipment website and the purchase of products from us. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Orders & Contract When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, for example if a product is out of stock or if we suspect fraudulent activity.
2. Pricing All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors. If a pricing error affects your order, we will contact you before processing.
3. Product Descriptions We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images, and specifications are accurate. However, slight variations in colour may occur due to screen settings. If a product is not as described, please contact us and we will make it right.
4. Payment Payment is required in full at the time of ordering. We accept all major credit and debit cards, and any other payment methods displayed at checkout. All transactions are processed securely via Shopify Payments.
5. Shipping & Delivery Orders are dispatched in accordance with our Shipping Policy. Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers or customs processes outside our control. Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.
6. Returns & Refunds Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Returns & Refund Policy. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 are not affected by these terms.
7. EU Customers If you are ordering from the European Union, you have additional rights under EU consumer law, including a 14-day cooling-off period. Please refer to our Returns & Refund Policy for details.
8. Intellectual Property All content on this website — including images, text, logos, and product designs — is the property of GK Equine Ltd and may not be reproduced or used without our written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, GK Equine Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the value of your order.
10. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
