Processing Time Orders are predominantly made to Order so take on average 7 days to complete and be dispatched. For deadlines or orders needed quickly please reply to your to Order Confirmation Email with any requirements, queries or deadlines.

UK Delivery We ship across the United Kingdom using RoyalMail 48 with Tracking.

  • Estimated delivery: 2–3 business days
  • Shipping cost: £3.85 – £5.85 (based on weight/size)

EU Delivery We ship to all 27 EU member states via Standard International service.

  • Estimated delivery: 5–10 business days
  • Shipping cost: £16.95 – £21.95

Please note that orders shipped to EU countries may be subject to local customs duties, import taxes, or VAT upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

USA & Canada Delivery We ship to the United States and Canada via Standard International service.

  • Estimated delivery: 7–14 business days
  • Shipping cost: £21.95 – £29.95

Import duties and taxes may apply upon delivery and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Worldwide Delivery We ship to Gibraltar, Guernsey, Isle of Man, Jersey, Norway, Switzerland, Australia, and New Zealand via Standard International service.

  • Shipping cost: £24.95 – £34.95

UK Oversized Items Oversized items (Liberty and Horsemanship Sticks) are shipped via Parcelforce Large.

  • Shipping cost: £7.95

Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your parcel. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.

Customs & Import Duties International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes levied by their country. GK Horsemanship Equipment has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. We recommend contacting your local customs office for further information before placing an order.
